Job summary

Accor welcomes a Hostess to join our dynamic Riyadh dining team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting and seating them, handling reservations, and delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

We value strong English communication, teamwork, and a proactive customer-service mindset, with Arabic helpful. A diploma in hospitality and at least one year in a 4-5 star hotel setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with empathy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient phone etiquette and reservation handling.
• Basic cash handling knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the restaurant entrance and seat them per floor plan.
• Manage reservations and confirmations with careful attention to detail.
• Answer telephone calls promptly with professional salutations.
• Communicate changes and cancellations to management during shifts.
• Greet, guide, and assist guests to ensure a welcoming dining experience.
• Maintain a clean hostess stand and well-stocked menus and folders.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Support restaurant staff to ensure smooth service and teamwork.
• Promote food and beverage outlets during slower periods.
• Maintain high personal appearance, hygiene, and uniform standards.
