Job summary

Fendi in Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated Store Ambassador to deliver a premium, luxury customer journey and build loyalty through Brand DNA Discovery. You will lead tailored sales, engage in upselling across all categories, and maintain excellent client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fashion/luxury sales, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, and strong English communication. The role emphasizes professionalism, organization, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in fashion/luxury sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for retail and fashion trends.
• Excellent communication skills, self-reliant, friendly and patient.
• Organization, professionalism, self-confidence.
• Fluent English, additional languages will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
• Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories.
• Provide outstanding service to clients in line with company guidelines.
• Strengthen customer relations and nurture loyalty base using CRM tools.
• Manage customer service quality to meet expectations with professionalism and human touch.
• Operate the retail IT system for stock transfers, payments, inquiries and customer data entry.
• Support store operations activities.
