Job summary

Fendi is seeking a Store Ambassador to provide an elevated and luxurious customer journey for every client through Brand DNA Discovery, building loyalty and recruiting new clients to achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals.

You will lead individual sales, engage in upselling across product categories, ensure service excellence, nurture the Fendi client base with CRM tools, and support store operations using the retail IT system.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fashion/luxury sales.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Passion for retail and fashion trends.
• Excellent communication, self-reliant, friendly and patient.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
• Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories.
• Provide outstanding service in compliance with guidelines.
• Strengthen customer relations and nurture the Fendi client base using CRM tools.
• Manage customer service quality to meet expectations with professionalism.
• Operate the retail IT system for stock transfers, payments, inquiries and data input.
• Support store operations activities.
