Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in luxury/fashion retail or a demanding customer-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; local language understood.
• Genuine passion for fashion and deep understanding of Givenchy’s brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome local and international customers entering the store, creating a luxurious atmosphere.
• Provide personalized service by understanding each customer's needs, preferences and style.
• Present Givenchy’s collections with passion and guide clients through products.
• Actively work to achieve and exceed sales targets and identify additional opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistency in service and product presentation.
