SLS The Red Sea is seeking an F&B Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests planning dining experiences. You will handle reservations with warmth, accuracy, and the distinctive personality of SLS, coordinating with F&B teams to ensure a thoughtful dining experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in reservations or guest-facing roles, strong English communication, and a passion for luxury service.

Qualifications

• English proficiency and guest-facing communication are required.
• Experience in Reservations, Guest Relations, Front Office or F&B operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling reservations.

Responsibilities

• Handle restaurant reservations via phone, email, and reservation systems.
• Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information on dining venues and hours.
• Manage new reservations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests.
• Maintain guest profiles and reservation notes to support personalized service.
• Coordinate with F&B teams to ensure seamless dining experiences.
• Follow reservation policies and protect guest information.
