Job summary

SLS is seeking a Reservations/Guest Relations professional to manage dining reservations with warmth and precision. You will handle inquiries, take bookings, and coordinate with F&B teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in reservations or guest-facing roles, strong English skills, and a customer-focused, professional approach in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in Reservations, Guest Relations or F&B operations.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle restaurant reservations via phone, email and systems in a professional, timely manner.
• Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information on dining venues, menus, hours, promotions and experiences.
• Manage new reservations, amendments, cancellations and special requests accurately.
• Maintain reservation records, guest profiles and notes for personalized service.
• Confirm details and communicate clearly to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Coordinate with restaurant and F&B teams on occasions, preferences, and ops needs.
• Handle guest requests professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Support table and reservation management to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Identify opportunities to promote dining experiences and promotions for guests.
• Maintain professional communication reflecting SLS service standards.
