SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Concierge Agent to connect guests with everything the destination has to offer. You will be a trusted advisor, providing personalized recommendations, coordinating reservations and transportation, and helping guests discover experiences across the hotel, Shura Island, and the wider Red Sea destination.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years guest-facing experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and a confident, polished manner.
• Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards with awareness of local culture.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and maintain engagement throughout their stay.
• Serve as a trusted contact for inquiries, requests, and arrangements with polished service.
• Understand guest preferences to provide personalized recommendations and experiences.
• Handle reservations for restaurants, transportation, activities, and spa/wellness.
• Coordinate with front office and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Log, track, and follow up on guest requests to ensure timely completion.
