Red Sea Global’s GALAXEA Dive Center at The Red Sea destination is seeking a Manager – Dive Center to lead daily operations, ensuring world‑class diving experiences and guest satisfaction within a luxury hospitality setting.

This site-based leadership role requires a proven ability to manage teams, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive commercial performance across courses, dives, and retail offerings, while championing marine conservation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marine Science, or related field.
• Certified Dive Instructor with active status (PADI or equivalent).
• 5–7 years of experience in diving operations or dive center management.
• Proven experience managing teams in luxury or high-end environments.
• Solid knowledge of diving safety standards and operational best practices.
• Fit-to-dive medical certification.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage all daily operations of the GALAXEA Dive Center.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and guest flow management.
• Ensure diving activities meet safety standards and SOPs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and service delivery.
• Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance.
• Oversee maintenance of dive equipment and facilities.
• Drive revenue from courses, dives, and retail.
• Support pre-opening and development of the dive center.
