Job summary

Red Sea Sports & Entertainment (RSSE) seeks a Dive Center Divemaster to lead dives, assist with courses, and support daily operations at the dive center on The Red Sea destination.

You will ensure safety, guest satisfaction, and adherence to PADI standards while collaborating with Galaxea experiences and RSSE teams to deliver world-class underwater adventures, high-end service, and responsible marine practices.

Qualifications

• Active and renewed PADI Divemaster certification.
• Minimum 250 logged dives across various locations.
• Strong knowledge of PADI courses and standards.
• Proven dive center operations and dive retail experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging, safe guided dive experiences.
• Valid Fit-to-Dive medical.
• Experience with high-end clientele and multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead certified divers on guided dives with safety and guest engagement.
• Assist instructors with delivery of dive courses per PADI standards.
• Support development and operational readiness of dive centers across assets.
• Prepare dive boats and teaching environments daily for readiness.
• Support dive-related sales and retail activities; act as brand ambassador.
• Maintain dive center appearance and equipment; ensure safety.
• Ensure compliance with RSSE, Galaxea, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with Sustainability and SEZ teams as required.
