Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company’s RSSE division seeks an Open Water Instructor to lead safe, high‑quality scuba training at our luxury dive center. You will deliver entry and advanced courses to a diverse, high‑end guest base, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to international standards.

With a minimum 2 years’ teaching experience in a commercial setting and active instructor status, you’ll mentor guests and support daily dive operations while promoting safety and environmental

Qualifications

• Certified Open Water Scuba Instructor with active teaching status.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering scuba instruction in a commercial setting.
• Valid First Aid, CPR, AED and Emergency Oxygen Certification.
• Experience teaching diverse groups; luxury tourism/ resort exposure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scuba diving courses per recognized agency standards.
• Ensure safety and professionalism of all training sessions.
• Provide exceptional guest service during learning experiences.
• Support Dive Center Manager in daily operations.
• Maintain professional appearance aligned with luxury hospitality.
• Post-Opening: conduct entry and advanced training sessions.
