Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company’s GALAXEA dive centres are seeking a Divemaster to support safe, professional diving operations across our destinations. Reporting to the Dive Center Manager, you will assist with guided dives, dive logistics, equipment prep and guest services to ensure exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Current and valid PADI Divemaster certification.
• Minimum of 200 logged dives.
• Experience in a commercial dive centre, resort, liveaboard, or similar operation.
• Sound knowledge of dive operations and guest safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of dive centre ensuring safe, efficient, professional diving activities.
• Assist with planning, preparation, and coordination of daily dive schedules and guest logistics.
• Prepare dive vessels, equipment, cylinders, and guest facilities for readiness.
• Lead certified divers on guided dives per PADI standards and procedures.
• Maintain dive logs, equipment maintenance records, and operational reports.
