Mouawad Jewellery in Saudi Arabia seeks a Country Manager to lead operations across two boutiques and a support-office team of about 20 FTEs, ensuring brand standards, client experience, and governance align with Dubai HQ. You will drive expansion, talent development, and KPI-driven performance while building a scalable, compliant platform and fostering relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Fluency in English and Arabic preferred; 8–10 years in luxury retail leadership and Saudization

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus.
• International luxury experience: Proven experience with international luxury brands at a senior level.
• Experience in fine jewelry or watches is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in luxury retail leadership roles, including senior multi-boutique or country-level management.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute business plans aligned with corporate objectives and Dubai HQ vision.
• Oversee expansion projects including identifying new boutique and office locations.
• Build a structured clienteling program with disciplined CRM use and data protection.
• Ensure SOPs and brand guidelines across all touchpoints in KSA.
• Monitor operations to maintain profitability targets and provide periodic performance reports.
• Lead recruitment, training and Saudization compliance and develop Saudi talent.
