Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury watch, haute horlogerie, or fine jewellery is required.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience serving VIP, VVIP, and high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent clienteling and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong networking and business-development skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Flexibility to work according to luxury retail trading hours and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and exceed individual sales targets within the boutique.
• Understand client needs and recommend timepieces based on preferences, lifestyle, and collecting interests.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Communicate brand heritage, craftsmanship, and value of the timepieces confidently.
• Develop new clients through networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Support boutique management and the wider team to achieve commercial objectives.
