Job summary

OMEGA SA is seeking a Boutique Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead a high-performing team, drive luxury client experiences, and manage daily boutique operations. You will develop client relationships, oversee CRM and events, and ensure brand standards across all touchpoints.

The role requires strong leadership, at least 5 years in luxury retail, and experience in premium retail environments, with fluency in English and Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of luxury retail experience.
• Minimum 2 years in boutique/store management.
• Experience within watches, jewelry, luxury fashion, or premium retail is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a boutique team to deliver luxury service and drive sales.
• Oversee daily boutique operations including inventory, POS, and reporting.
• Develop long-term client relationships and clienteling initiatives.
• Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising across the boutique.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and performance reviews.
