Job summary

Almarai invites an experienced Quality Assurance professional to lead investigations into customer complaints, food safety incidents and product quality deviations. You will drive root cause analyses and preventive actions across ingredients and finished goods, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

• Minimum 5 years in Quality Assurance, preferably in Food or Bakery industries.
• Proven experience leading investigations into complaints, food safety incidents and quality deviations.
• Experience in root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

About the Role:

Core Purpose of the job:

Initiate, identify, manage and follow-up of all continuous improvements triggered via customer complaints, non-compliances, refer delivery non compliances, rejects and dumps, hygiene audits by ensuring continual proactive approach to Operations.

Requirements:

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in Food or Bakery Industry.
• Proven experience in leading investigations into customer complaints, food safety incidents, and quality deviations on products and raw materials.
• Experience in root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excell, Word, etc).
