Job summary

Almarai is seeking a Data Processing Coordinator in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure SAP remains live for processing, input data accurately and coordinate with the team to keep data synchronized.

About the Role:

To ensure SAP is live in processing, data input and compiling and is correctly entered by efficient coordination to get accurate data among team members.

1. Supervise external services to all Depot facilities, open areas, parking areas, and building surroundings for better warehouse, workshop and office work environment.
2. Monitoring the hygienic, quality & cost-effective canteen & catering services to all employees in the Region.
3. Ensure the on-going cleaning of depots, carpet cleaning of offices and open areas, pest control services, etc. in order to provide safe and dust free environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma degree is a must.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, transaction reporting, or a similar role, with SAP proficiency.
• Basic knowledge about Supply Chain division.
• Fair communication skills in English.
• Competencies such as; Should possess a good interpersonal relationship, good in communications, through knowledge of the job, willing to innovate, good teamwork and result oriented.
