Job summary

FNRCO in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a proactive Logistics/Transportation Coordinator to support daily operations, process ERP and iLogistics transactions, and ensure data accuracy across ERP and legacy systems.

You will coordinate with drivers, dispatch, terminals, warehouses, and operations teams, maintain records, and generate reports while assisting ERP rollout and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Transportation or Logistics operations.
• Experience coordinating drivers, fleet teams, and supervisors.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Odoo or similar).
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics software.
• Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support daily transportation and logistics operational activities.
• Process and update transportation transactions in ERP and iLogistics.
• Verify data accuracy between the new ERP and iLogistics systems.
• Coordinate with transportation, dispatch, terminal, warehouse, and operations teams.
• Prepare and maintain shipment, delivery, transportation, and operational records.
• Monitor daily operational activities and report discrepancies or system issues.
• Assist the ERP implementation by ensuring accurate operational data entry and validation.
• Generate daily, weekly, or ad hoc operational reports as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of operational records.
• Follow company procedures, policies, and safety standards.
• Perform additional operational support tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines during the ERP transition period.
