The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in logistics, a Diploma or Bachelor's in a related field, and strong skills in coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and using WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Experience with shipment coordination and documentation preparation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of materials, equipment, tools, and spare parts for field service.
• Support receiving, storage, issuance, dispatch, and delivery activities.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments for timely deliveries.
• Prepare and verify shipment documents, packing lists, and delivery notes.
• Maintain inventory movement records and logistics documentation.
• Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with warehouses, procurement, suppliers, transporters, and field service staff.
• Monitor material availability and assist replenishment.
• Assist with inventory counts and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Update logistics and inventory information through WMS/ERP systems.
• Maintain documentation and traceability of materials and equipment.
• Support improvements in logistics processes to enhance efficiency.
