Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist in Riyadh to own end-to-end logistics from warehouses to customers across the Middle East and Egypt. The role emphasizes continuous process improvement and compliance with local customs.

You will partner with procurement, sales, and planning to align logistics with forecasts and service levels. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics, a strong grasp of Saudi import/export regulations, and proficiency with SAP and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and import/export rules.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics including shipping, warehousing, and distribution across the Middle East and Egypt.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers for timely delivery.
• Monitor and optimize logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations and Grundfos quality standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and planning to align logistics with demand forecasts.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs.

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within the Middle East and Egypt.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi customs procedures, import/export regulations, and local trade compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and logistics management tools.

It is a plus if you also have:

• Experience working in a multinational manufacturing or industrial company.
• APICS, CILT, or similar supply chain certification.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
