Job summary

Alkaffary Group seeks a dedicated Logistic Officer to join our logistics team in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with regulations.

You will prepare shipping documentation, analyze logistics data, and support budget controls while leveraging logistics software and strong communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update records of inventory levels and shipments.
• Collaborate with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare necessary documentation for shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with schedules and handling any issues that arise.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement.
• Assist in budget management and cost-control measures within the logistics department.
