Job summary

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Chef de Partie - Levantine & All Day Dining to lead a kitchen section for Borgo and Jiran. You will ensure exceptional food quality, presentation and operational efficiency in a ultra-luxury environment.

Experience in luxury hospitality or high-volume dining, with a passion for Levantine or Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, is essential. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-volume dining is required.
• Strong knowledge of Levantine/Middle Eastern cuisine desired.
• Ability to work across all-day dining and specialty concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of your kitchen section across Borgo and Jiran.
• Ensure food preparation, presentation, and service meet Rosewood standards.
• Maintain recipe consistency, portion control and quality across services.
• Adhere to HACCP, food safety, hygiene and continuous improvement initiatives.
