Job summary

شركة سليمان الراجحي العقارية, based in Riyadh, is seeking a seasoned Leasing Manager to lead the leasing function, maximize occupancy, and drive targets in line with the company’s leasing strategy.

You will develop leasing strategies, negotiate leases, manage relationships with tenants and stakeholders, monitor market trends, and collaborate with property management, marketing, and maintenance teams to deliver an outstanding tenant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of leasing or real estate experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of leasing operations, contract negotiation, and property management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market and regulations.
• Ability to drive leasing targets and tenant satisfaction.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the leasing function to maximize occupancy and targets.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Oversee lease negotiations and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor leasing performance and market trends; provide reports.
• Maintain leasing records, CRM data, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with property management, marketing, and maintenance teams to improve tenant experience.
• Drive continuous improvement of leasing processes and efficiency.
• Ensure timely collection follow-up and manage renewals.
