Job summary

AL-Khuraif | الخريّف للتشغيل والصيانة is seeking a hands-on Residential Building Manager in Riyadh to support daily leasing, tenant relations, occupancy, and residential property operations.

The role covers showings, lease documentation, renewals, occupancy updates, and coordinating with service teams to ensure ready units and high resident service levels.

Saudi nationals only, based in Riyadh with strong English, and experience in serviced apartments or residential compounds is preferred.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationals only.
• Based in Riyadh or able to work in Riyadh.
• Strong spoken and written English with professional communication.
• Experience in residential property operations, leasing, tenant relations, or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential leasing activities and follow up with prospective tenants.
• Arrange and conduct unit viewings.
• Present available units professionally to prospective tenants.
• Coordinate lease documentation, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and unit handovers.
• Monitor vacant, reserved, and occupied units.
• Handle resident enquiries, requests, and general concerns.
• Support tenant retention, lease renewals, and occupancy management.
• Coordinate with relevant service teams when required.
• Ensure vacant units and common areas are ready and well presented.
• Prepare regular leasing and occupancy updates for management.
• Support initiatives to improve occupancy and resident satisfaction.
