Our client is a leading Real Estate/ Mall Management Group with an excellent reputation across the region.

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Leasing to be based in Eastern, Saudi Arabia.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Manager – Leasing is responsible for managing the leasing activities of the company to meet the business targets, generate leasing revenue, develop and grow the business in line with Company’s overall strategic direction and business plan.

Reporting to: Director – Sales & Leasing

RESPONSIBILITIES
Units Lease
  • Ensure achieving a full occupancy of retail units’ shops of all Company’s projects within the target time.
  • Achieve the Monthly lease targets under the leasing board and ensure its alignment with the performance development system.
  • To have a standby list of active tenants to fill in vacant units for sudden vacancies.
  • Identifying potential brands through market visit and site survey
  • Maintaining and establishing data base of retailers in addition to building strategic relationships with potential and existing tenants and keep a network of local, regional and international brands
  • Developing relationship with all tenants and attracting new brands to Company’s projects.
  • Manage tenant mix on the property level and optimizing income on the portfolio level.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of customer database for all departments' activities including tenants' details, lease contracts, and vacancy and occupancy data.
Leasing Team Management
  • To execute any task related to leasing activities requested by the management
  • To run business meetings related but not limited to pipeline meetings, tenant mix and TR team and to update the management with the outcomes.
  • Conduct mid-year/annual performance appraisal to review employees’ work performance based on employee performance planning and carry out disciplinary meetings
