Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Training & Learning Coordinator to support L&D and Quality initiatives. You will coordinate sessions, maintain records, and assist in audits and program implementations.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor's in HR/ Hospitality/Business, with strong English and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is preferred, with attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Quality, HR, or hotel ops preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training for all hotel departments.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance sheets, and materials.
• Keep accurate training records for colleagues.
• Support implementation of IHG and hotel learning programs.
• Assist in organizing orientation/induction for new joiners.
• Prepare training reports and KPI metrics.
• Assist with quality audits and improvement actions.
• Coordinate assessments, evaluations, and training feedback.
