Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Learning & Development coordinator in Saudi Arabia to coordinate and support onboarding, training programs, mandatory learning, and employee development, while maintaining training records and reporting.

You will partner with departments to identify training needs, manage internship and trainee programs, and ensure Hilton standards and policies are followed, with emphasis on digital platforms and measuring training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1–2 years’ experience in L&D, Training, or HR.
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with LMS/HR systems is preferred.
• Strong English and Arabic language skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support L&D activities including onboarding and training programs.
• Identify training needs with departments and support continuous learning.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and prepare reports and KPIs.
• Support internship, Tamheer, and trainee programs.
• Coordinate trainers and training providers and monitor program effectiveness.
• Ensure training activities follow Hilton standards and policies.
