Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR team. You will support the design, coordination and delivery of learning programmes that help employees build skills and advance their careers.

Key responsibilities include identifying learning needs with managers, planning and delivering programmes, developing training materials, coordinating trainings, and supporting employee development and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Education or related field.
• Proven experience in Learning & Development, training or similar HR role.
• Experience designing, coordinating and delivering training programmes.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
• Professional HR or L&D certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning and development needs through discussions with managers, employees and business leaders
• Plan, coordinate and deliver learning and development programmes and initiatives
• Develop and maintain training materials, learning resources and development programmes
• Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including scheduling, logistics and communication
• Work with managers to support employee development and career growth
