Job summary

Al Qadisiyah is seeking a Learning & Development leader to design, implement, and oversee development initiatives across the club. You will drive strategy, competency-based programs, leadership development, coaching, and mentoring to enhance employee growth and capability.

You will lead needs analysis, plan the annual development budget, and coordinate training calendars aligned with organizational goals for sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading L&D programs at organizational level.
• Experience designing competency-based development initiatives.
• Ability to develop annual development plans and budgets.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders across the Club.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Learning & Development strategy and annual development plan.

Job Overview
