Job summary

You will manage order handling SLA, shipment readiness, documentation, port shuttling, invoicing accuracy, accrual inputs, and weekly/daily tracking with strong cross-team collaboration. Minimum 5 years in Petchem logistics and advanced Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Handling Petchem customer logistics.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for forecasting, booking, dispatch and proactive notification of transport-plan changes.
• Follow up on pending actions and escalate overdue cases with a target of 90%+ monthly.
• Confirm readiness and prioritise at-risk shipments with a daily target of 90%+.
• Track missing documents and escalate ageing ones with a 90%+ daily target.
• Validate services, quantities and rates in billing and resolve disputes with 80%+ accuracy and 100% on-time invoicing (monthly).
• Ensure accruals, revenue, costs and vendor invoices are complete and timely (monthly).
• Maintain tracker and reporting discipline with 95%+ completeness (weekly).
• Monitor volumes against monthly targets and escalate shortfalls (weekly).
• Record every managed order in the Depot Platform (daily, 100%).
• Own customer issues, satisfaction, claims and Maersk values; act on KPI signals for continuous improvement.
• Work with multiple teams across the department to deliver results.
• Demonstrate advanced Excel techniques.
