Maersk is seeking an experienced logistics professional in KAEC to lead the handling of petchem customer shipments. You will act as the single point of contact for forecasting, booking, dispatch, and proactive transport-plan updates, ensuring timely readiness and strict adherence to SLAs.

You will drive accuracy in billing, documentation, and reporting, while supporting continuous improvement through KPI-driven actions and cross-team coordination within Maersk.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Petchem customers’ logistics.
• Strong command of Excel advanced techniques.
• Ability to work with multiple teams within the department to deliver Maersk objectives.

• Depot platform: record every managed or handled order, target 100% daily.
• General: ownership of customer issues, satisfaction, claims, commercial intelligence and Maersk values; wording clean-ups.
• Continuous improvement: use KPI results to signal where to act.
• Highly versed with Excel advanced techniques.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact: the first bullet would add forecasting, booking, dispatch and proactive notification of transport-plan changes.
• Order Handling SLA: replaces "ensure smooth execution of the shipment lifecycle". It would add following up on pending actions and escalating overdue cases, with a target of 90% or above, measured monthly.
• Shipment Readiness / On-Time Execution (new): confirm readiness and prioritise at-risk shipments, with a target of 90% or above, measured daily.
• Documentation, Port Shuttling and Customs Readiness (new): track missing documents and escalating ageing ones, with a target of 90% or above, measured daily.
• Billing and Invoicing: the existing billing bullet would add validating services, quantities and rates and resolving disputes. The target would be 80% or above accuracy and 100% on time, measured monthly.
• Financial Hygiene and Accrual Compliance (new): complete and timely inputs for accruals, revenue, cost and vendor invoices, with a target of 100% completeness, measured monthly.
• Tracker and Reporting Discipline (new): a target of 95% or above completeness, reviewed weekly.
• Volume Monitoring and Escalation (new): track volumes against the monthly commercial target and elevate shortfalls, with 100% escalation compliance, reviewed weekly.
• Depot Platform (new): record every managed or handled order, with a target of 100%, measured daily.
• General: owning customer issues, customer satisfaction, claims, commercial intelligence and Maersk values would stay, with small wording clean-ups.
• The continuous improvement bullet would add using KPI results as the signal for where to act.
• Highly versed with excel advanced techniques
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Handling Petchem customer(s) logistics
• Ability to work with multiple teams within department to deliver above Maersk
