Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience handling Petchem customers' logistics.
• Ability to work with multiple teams within department to deliver above.
• Highly versed with advanced Excel techniques for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for forecasting, booking, dispatch and proactive transport-plan updates.
• Monitor on-time execution and ensure smooth shipment lifecycle.
• Follow up on pending actions and escalate overdue cases with 90%+ target monthly.
• Track documentation readiness, port shuttling and customs readiness with 90%+ daily targets.
• Validate services, quantities and rates in billing; resolve disputes with 80%+ accuracy monthly.
• Ensure accrual completeness and timely inputs for revenue, costs and vendor invoices.
• Maintain tracker and reporting discipline with 95%+ completeness weekly.
• Monitor volumes against monthly targets and escalate shortfalls with 100% compliance weekly.
• Record every managed or handled order in the depot platform with 100% daily target.
