Job summary

UCC Holding in Riyadh invites a Senior Architect – Fit-Out to lead luxury hotel interiors, coordinating design development, technical documentation, and client brief consolidation to realize the project vision. The role requires strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and SAP ERP, with at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in luxury hotel fit-out projects, GCC experience a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years overall experience, with at least 5 years in fit-out projects for luxury hotels.
GCC experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead fit-out design and execution for luxury hotel interiors, delivering innovative and functional solutions.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams.
Communicate design concepts effectively with clients and incorporate feedback.
Ensure technical accuracy and feasibility, coordinating with engineering teams.
Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and regulations.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in luxury hotel fit-out design.
Support HSE initiatives and site safety compliance.
