Job summary

CLEAR in Riyadh is seeking a Fit-Out Architect to lead interior fit-out and construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and adherence to approved drawings and quality standards.

You will manage daily activities, plan schedules and resources, coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors, review drawings and shop drawings, monitor finishing works and project handover, and prepare progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction and fit-out projects.
• Experience in finishing and interior fit-out works.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fit-out and construction activities.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, progress, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Monitor finishing works and ensure compliance with approved standards.
• Manage variations, claims, delays, and project risks.
• Conduct inspections, snagging, and project handover.
• Prepare progress and management reports.
• Lead project meetings and resolve site/technical issues.
