Job summary

Buro Happold in Riyadh seeks a Senior Design Manager – Architect to lead architectural design delivery on a landmark luxury project. You will manage consultant coordination, stakeholder engagement and ensure technical and aesthetic integrity across the design lifecycle.

Lead concept to IFC design phases, mentor junior team members and drive value through rigorous design reviews and gateway submissions. Strong BIM, communication and buildability skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and strong knowledge of design stages and consultant management.
• Experience leading luxury hospitality, cultural or mixed-use developments is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design management across concept to IFC stages.
• Coordinate inputs from consultants and specialist designers.
• Review design deliverables for quality, technical accuracy and alignment with brief.
