Job summary

House of Consulting Office in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned Architectural Engineer to lead architectural and interior supervision across project phases. The role requires coordinating with designers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure premium finishes and compliance with design intent.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in architectural engineering and construction supervision, with hospitality project experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural engineering and construction supervision.
• Experience in hospitality projects, hotels, luxury developments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Saudi building regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination and reporting skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic speakers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and supervise architectural and interior fit-out works throughout all project phases
• Ensure quality and execution of high-end finishes in accordance with project specifications and design intent
• Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Review architectural drawings, material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards
• Resolve architectural and interior design-related technical issues during construction
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, safety standards, and hospitality industry best practices
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and site observation reports
• Support project management teams in maintaining project schedules and quality objectives
• Participate in design review meetings and provide technical recommendations when required
