Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a senior Architect – Architectural Finishes for a landmark Riyadh project. You will oversee finishing works, review submittals, supervise joinery and interior fit-out, and ensure quality aligns with design intent and spec requirements.

With 10+ years in architecture/finishes, you will coordinate across designers, engineers, and contractors, ensuring QA/QC and timely progress on luxury hospitality and mixed-use developments. English required; Arabic an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of overall professional experience in architectural design, construction, or site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor architectural finishing works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, design intent and contract requirements.
• Review and assess architectural shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Inspect installation of architectural finishes including stone cladding, tiles, gypsum, ceilings, wall finishes, decorative panels and paint systems.
• Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, and contractors to resolve interface issues.
• Verify materials delivered comply with submissions and project specs.
• Lead snagging and de-snagging inspections and ensure timely punch-list closure.
