Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Project Director and support the site team in the management and delivery of hospitality fit‑out and construction projects from mobilization through final handover.
- Coordinate site execution activities between contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives.
- Monitor construction progress, site activities, and project milestones to ensure alignment with approved programme and delivery targets.
- Review architectural, interior design, MEP, and shop drawings to ensure coordination between design intent and site implementation.
- Manage and coordinate technical changes, RFIs, site instructions, and construction‑related design updates.
- Identify clashes, technical inconsistencies, and constructability issues during execution stages.
- Coordinate material approvals, mock‑ups, technical submittals, and supplier deliverables.
- Monitor site quality, workmanship, and compliance with project specifications and hospitality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, snagging inspections, and coordination meetings.
- Follow up on procurement status, long‑lead items, supplier schedules, and delivery coordination.
- Support in tracking project risks, delays, variation requests, and commercial impacts related to execution.
- Ensure proper coordination between architectural, MEP, structural, FLS, kitchen, specialist, and operator requirements.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, meeting minutes, action trackers, and technical coordination documentation.
- Coordinate authority requirements, permits, inspections, and compliance activities where required.
- Support project close‑out activities including testing & commissioning, handover documentation, as‑built drawings, O&M manuals, and defect management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Approximately 8–15 years of experience in project management, fit‑out delivery, or construction management roles.
- Proven experience delivering hospitality, hotel, resort, F&B, or high‑end mixed‑use fit‑out projects.
- Strong background in hospitality fit‑out and construction execution.
- Good technical understanding of architectural detailing, interior fit‑out systems, MEP coordination, materials, construction methodologies, and site execution processes.
- Experience reviewing IFC drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals, and construction documentation.
- Strong site awareness including quality inspections, snagging, and contractor coordination.
- Experience coordinating multiple suppliers and specialist subcontractors.
- Good understanding of project planning, sequencing, construction logistics, and delivery control.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam/PDF review tools, Microsoft Office, and project reporting tools.

- Architect with strong construction and delivery mindset rather than purely design‑focused profile.
- Hands‑on professional capable of operating between site, consultants, suppliers, and client management teams.
- Strong coordination and problem‑solving abilities under fast‑track project conditions.
- Good understanding of hospitality quality standards, finishes, and operational requirements.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain project control throughout execution phases.
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up and reporting skills.
- Comfortable working in both technical coordination and site execution environments.
