We are seeking a Senior Architect – Fit-Out with experience in luxury hotel projects. The role ensures all architectural requirements are coordinated and executed to achieve the design intent, maintain high-quality standards, and meet project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fit-out design and execution for luxury hotel interiors, delivering innovative and functional solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams.
• Communicate design concepts effectively with clients and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure technical accuracy and feasibility, coordinating with engineering teams.

Job Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of fit-out architectural design, especially for luxury hotels.

• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Creativity to develop practical, elegant design solutions.
• ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience:
