Job summary

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple fashion retail stores within the assigned area.
Ensure stores operate efficiently and comply with company standards, including opening and closing procedures.
Delegate responsibilities to Store Managers and monitor execution and progress.
Enforce company SOPs, policies, procedures and loss prevention audit guidelines across assigned stores.
Establish measures that support consistent employee compliance with operational requirements.
Interpret operational and visual standards according to store and customer needs.
Act as the primary store-level contact with Brand Teams for consistent implementation of business, marketing and other strategic initiatives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and KPIs across stores.
Review financial reports and manage budgets, expenses and profitability.
