Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking a Store Manager in Jeddah to lead daily operations, drive sales targets, and develop the store team while upholding brand integrity.

You will manage customer experience, inventory, cash handling, and compliance, coordinating with Planning and Buying to optimize assortment and promotions. This role requires 4–5 years in retail leadership and a proven track record in busy environments.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years' industry experience with managerial background.
• Proven record of maximizing business performance.
• Good understanding of main customer segments and helps team to understand them.
• Identifies critical paths and proactively convenes stakeholders for timely decisions.
• Makes hard decisions, knows when to delegate upwards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest levels of customer service by the store team at all times.
• Create innovative approaches to attract customers and expand store traffic.
• Track brand performance, stock levels, and best sellers to boost sales.
