Job summary

Intelligent iOud Co. in Jeddah is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to coordinate last-mile deliveries on-site. You will schedule shipments, monitor driver locations, and communicate with customers to resolve inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and schedules shipments, deliveries, and pick-ups with customers and drivers.
• Communicates with customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms to address service requests, complaints, and inquiries.
• Monitors real-time location of drivers and vehicles to ensure timely deliveries.
• Uses transportation management systems (TMS) and dispatch software to input, track, and update order statuses.
• Resolves delivery delays, route changes, or service disruptions promptly.
• Provides clear instructions to drivers regarding routes, schedules, and customer requirements.
• Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, transport orders, and driver logs.
