Job summary

ALESAI HOLDING is seeking a Fleet Operations Supervisor in Jeddah to manage regional workforce transport, dispatch routes, and driver teams. You will coordinate shifts, monitor fleet performance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include optimizing routes, overseeing vehicle readiness, and generating detailed fleet reports to support project mobilization and cost control. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, transport, supply chain or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch daily workforce transport routes for the assigned shift.
• Monitor vehicle and driver utilization with tracking systems; report idle vehicles and off-route trips.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, registrations, insurance, and availability.
• Enforce driver procedures, safety measures and incident logging.
• Assign drivers, manage attendance and hand-overs between day and night shifts.
• Produce shift and fleet reports: trips, kilometers, fuel, utilization, incidents and costs per kilometer.
