Job summary

Intelligent iOud Co. is seeking a Full-time on-site Dispatcher to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups with customers and drivers. The role involves real-time tracking, order updates in TMS, and proactive communication to resolve issues and meet delivery windows.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in logistics dispatch, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure during peak times. Knowledge of routing and documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a dispatcher in logistics or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating shipments, drivers, and customer requests.
• Familiarity with TMS/dispatch software and documentation handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups with customers and drivers.
• Communicate service requests and inquiries via phone, email, or messaging.
• Monitor real-time driver locations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Input, track, and update orders in TMS/dispatch systems.
• Resolve delays, route changes, or disruptions promptly.
• Provide clear instructions to drivers on routes and requirements.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and driver logs.
• Plan efficient routes considering traffic, weather, and windows.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with warehouse for loading and inventory availability.
• Proactively update customers about delays or ETAs.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed.
• Participate in shift handovers and inter-department communication.
• Handle documents like bills of lading and PODs.

• Coordinates and schedules shipments, deliveries, and pick-ups with customers and drivers
• Communicates with customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms to address service requests, complaints, and inquiries
• Monitors real-time location of drivers and vehicles to ensure timely deliveries
• Uses transportation management systems (TMS) and dispatch software to input, track, and update order statuses
• Resolves delivery delays, route changes, or service disruptions promptly
• Provides clear instructions to drivers regarding routes, schedules, and customer requirements
• Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, transport orders, and driver logs
• Assists in planning efficient routes based on traffic, weather, and delivery windows
• Ensures compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
• Coordinates with warehouse staff for loading schedules and inventory availability
• Updates customers proactively regarding delays, ETAs, or changes to their service
• Escalates complex customer issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary
• Works under time pressure, especially during peak hours or service disruptions
• Prioritizes service requests based on urgency, location, and resource availability
• Analyzes delivery trends and service metrics to identify recurring issues or areas for improvement
