Job summary

DeepSource Technologies in Riyadh invites an experienced NOC Support Services Engineer to join our operations team. You will monitor enterprise IT infrastructure, respond to alerts, and help ensure service availability across critical systems.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support or NOC, solid Windows and Linux knowledge, basic networking, and ITIL Foundation. You will document health checks and collaborate with network and infra teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• +2 years of experience in IT Support, NOC Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
• Experience monitoring enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Experience working in a 24/7 NOC environment.
• ITIL Foundation certification a plus.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools.
