AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a KSA Market Director – Roads & Highways to lead market strategy, growth, and client engagement across the road network sector. You will own the market P&L, drive opportunities with transport authorities, PPP entities, and private developers, and align delivery teams to ensure winning bids and successful project delivery.

Significant leadership, government relations, and deep road/expressway expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Master's degree in Transportation Engineering, MBA, or related discipline (preferred).
• Professional registration (PE, CEng, PMP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 25+ years of experience in roads/highways/transportation engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the KSA roads/highways market strategy.
• Identify market opportunities across the KSA, including federal and emirate initiatives.
• Drive annual business growth targets and competitive differentiation.
• Lead client relationships with transport authorities, municipalities, and developers.
• Oversee major pursuits, bid strategies, and pricing models.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Own the market P&L, forecasts, and project margin performance.
