Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or HR Compliance.
• Experience managing Saudi government portals and labor compliance.
• Strong understanding of KSA labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Saudi government portals ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for KSA employees.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Ensure HRIS data accuracy and maintain employee lifecycle records.
• Manage employee medical insurance enrollment and claims support.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
