Job summary

Ann Storck Center in Saudi Arabia is seeking a field-based FMCG sales professional to drive and grow Storck's business in the KSA Lower Trade channel, covering Riyadh and Buraidah with regular trips.

You will expand coverage, strengthen key customer relationships, and deliver sales targets in partnership with BTC distributors, while aligning with demand planning and in-store execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG confectionery sales in Traditional/Lower Trade.
• Strong understanding of the KSA Lower Trade landscape.
• Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales growth and achieve channel targets.
• Increase numeric and weighted distribution.
• Close SKU gaps and improve MSL compliance.
• Secure BDAs, volume-driving deals, and new opportunities.
• Improve visibility, drop size, and in-store execution.
• Build strong customer relationships and support BTC teams.
• Submit daily activity reports and participate in weekly reviews.
• Join monthly demand planning and forecast reviews with BTC.
• Influence forecast accuracy through distribution expansion and promotions.
• Ensure distribution gains are reflected in future demand plans.
