Job summary

Antal International LLC-FZ in Riyadh is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive store-level growth, manage key accounts, and ensure timely sales orders across the region. You will execute promotions and coordinate with store teams to sustain strong execution of operational fundamentals.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of FMCG sales experience, with confectionery experience considered an advantage, and a degree in business or related field. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG; confectionery experience is an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts or territories.
• Experience with in-store promotions and trade activities, including seasonal campaigns.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets by customer and city across the assigned product range.
• Ensure regular customer orders are initiated on time to avoid delays in invoicing and supply.
• Coordinate and follow up on promotional order quantities to ensure promotions are invoiced and executed as per plans.
• Execute the weekly store visit journey plan and coordinate customer requirements at store level.
• Align minimum and maximum ordering levels by SKU to ensure stock availability and avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Report new store openings and closures; monitor competitor activities and provide feedback for planning.
