Job summary

Ann Storck Center in Saudi Arabia is seeking a field-based FMCG sales professional to drive and grow Storck's business in the KSA Lower Trade channel, covering Riyadh and Buraidah with regular trips.

You will expand coverage, strengthen key customer relationships, and deliver sales targets in partnership with BTC distributors, while aligning with demand planning and in-store execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG confectionery sales in Traditional/Lower Trade.
• Strong understanding of the KSA Lower Trade landscape.
• Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to drive and grow Storck's business in the KSA Lower Trade channel (Wholesalers, Discounters, Petromarts & Regional Key accounts/MM) by expanding coverage, strengthening key customer relationships, and delivering sales targets in partnership with BTC (distributor) sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver sales growth and achieve channel targets
• Increase Numeric & Weighted Distribution
• Close SKU gaps and improve MSL compliance
• Secure BDAs, volume-driving deals, and new business opportunities
• Improve visibility, drop size, and in-store execution
• Build strong customer relationships and support BTC sales teams
• Submit daily activity reports and participate in weekly reviews
• Participate in monthly demand planning and forecast review meetings with BTC.
• Influence forecast accuracy and volume plans by linking distribution expansion, new listings, promotional activities, and channel development initiatives.
• Ensure distribution gains and commercial opportunities are reflected in future demand plans to support sustainable growth.

Coverage

• Riyadh and Buraidah
• Minimum 1 week/month in Buraidah
• Daily alignment with BTC sales team followed by field execution
