Job summary

MBRF in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Executive/Merchandiser to drive product availability across Traditional Trade customers and support daily sales operations.

You will build strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and ensure effective execution of sales activities while collaborating with Finance, Logistics, Trade Marketing and Sales teams. The role requires Arabic proficiency and basic English, plus MS Office and SAP SuccessFactors familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a sales channel, preferably as a Sales Executive or Merchandiser.
• Good command of Arabic and basic English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage product availability across assigned Traditional Trade customers, ensuring a high level of customer service and smooth day-to-day sales operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while supporting the development of new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure effective execution of sales and service activities.
• Coordinate with Finance and Logistics teams to support order fulfillment, product availability and other daily operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Merchandising and Sales Excellence teams to ensure effective execution in the market.
• Prepare and maintain accurate weekly and monthly reports and submit required information within agreed timelines.
• Represent the company professionally and operate in line with company policies, HSE standards, food safety requirements and applicable procedures.
